Services

• Integrative full body massages for 1 hour at $100 or a 1.5 hour at $140. These sessions may include Swedish techniques, myofascial release, deep tissue, lymph drainage techniques, soft energy work and hot towels and/or stones.

• 60 minute upper body focused massage of the lower, mid and upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, head and face for $80. This will take place on the table with sheet and blanket covering (client may choose to remain clothed from waist down).

If the client would like to add aromatherapy or enhanced body butters/creams to the session, there will be a $5 upcharge. 

I offer house calls (preferably 2 or more clients) for an additional $40 travel fee in the Waterbury, Moretown and Mad River Valley area.
